Your participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the provisions below.

A. Eligibility

3. To be eligible to participate in the prize drops and weekly tournaments, players must open any of the participating games and join/opt-in and make a minimum real money bet of $0.50 on selected Pragmatic Play slot games.

B. The Promotion

B.1 General promotion terms

4. Deposits made with Skrill or NETELLER [payment methods] are not eligible for the offer made under this Promotion.
5. This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play. As such, the prize pool is shared across the network of Operators who opt in for this Network Promotion.
6. The Network Promotion includes 48, 7-day tournaments (each a 'Weekly Tournament') and a total of 336 daily prize drops which will run weekly throughout the Network Promotion Term.

10. The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is $24,000,000.
11. The expected prize pool for each Stage of the Network Promotion is $2,000,000.
12. Prizes will be paid out as per the 'Prizes' tab, found in each of the participating games.
13. All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term are be paid out as fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.
14. The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of a fixed cash amount, multiplier amount and/or Free Round Bonuses.
15. Players participating during regular weeks may win prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the Weekly Tournament (Regular Weeks) Prize Table and the Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks) Prize Table that can be viewed at any time when playing qualifying games.
16. Players participating during multiplier weeks may win prizes in the form of a multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount and Free Round Bonuses as set out in the Weekly Tournament (Prize Multiplier Weeks) Prize Table and the Daily Prize Drop (Prize Multiplier Weeks) Prize that can be viewed at any time when playing qualifying games.

Daily Prize Drops

18. One Qualifying Spin may trigger one prize from the prize pool during each Daily Prize Drop.
19. The random Daily Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The prize table updates in real time showing, the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
20. Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab, found in each of the participating games.
21. A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops each Daily Prize Drop Day.
22. If the winning spin exceeds $10, the prize will be paid out based on a bet of $10 or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency X multiplier received.
23. Free Spin Prizes may be awarded to a player in the form of the same bet in the same participating game in which the player won the prize.
    If the participating game does not have $10 bet available, the Free Round Bonus will be paid out at the next available higher bet in the participating game.

Weekly Tournaments

24. A player will receive points based on in-game Challenges (In-game wins, Consecutive rounds without any wins, and Big Wins).
25. The higher the total value of the points received by the player for the in-game Challenges, the higher the player’s score.
26. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Weekly Tournament.
27. The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view the real-time leaderboard in-game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating games.
28. In the event of 2 or more players finishing a Weekly Tournament on the same leaderboard position, the player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize.
29. Prizes are paid out as the multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount excluding Free Round Bonus prizes.
30. If the winning spin exceeds $10, the prize will be paid out based on a bet of $10 or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency X multiplier received.

B.2 Claim:

31. The prize will be credited to the player's account up to 72 hours following the win.

C. General:

32. No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site and the 888poker client under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
33. You are eligible for this promotion only if you have completed the registration process at the Site, provided complete, truthful and accurate information in connection thereto, including without limitation, in respect of email address and payment details.
34. 888casino may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and any of the Bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such cancellation, modification or suspension will not apply to you if you have already opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a Bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced taking part in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancellation, modification or suspension.
35. If you have a pending message on the Site’s regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any Bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
36. If we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any Bonus then we may: (i) not grant you such Bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with the terms of the User Agreement.
37. Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account If you have both Available Funds and Restricted Funds in your account, the next wager you make will use Available Funds first. Restricted Funds will only be used once your Available Funds balance is zero. The foregoing will not apply to your use of Free Spins, FreePlay and Jackpot vouchers, which can use at any time.
38. In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us. With respect to a Pending Bonus, you may only fulfil any wagering requirements, using Available Funds and any wagers placed using Restricted Funds will in no way count to fulfilling the wagering requirements.

Restricted Funds will only be available for use once the following conditions are met: (i) your Available Funds balance is zero (ii) all Sports bets are settled (iii) all Poker tournaments you have enrolled in are completed, and (iv) all real money game sessions are closed and related bets have been settled.

Wins generated through Bonus will be capped at $500, excluding Jackpot wins: If you place a wager on casino games using Restricted Funds only and win you will receive, depending on your chosen account currency, up to a maximum of $500 in winnings. If your winnings exceed $500 you will only receive $500. Such limitation on your winnings shall not apply to verified Jackpot winnings derived from Restricted Funds.

If you have registered with 888casino and you have not successfully made a real money deposit into your account, in the event that you place a wager on casino games using Restricted Funds and win you will receive, depending on your chosen account currency, up to a maximum of $100 in winnings. If your winnings exceed $100 you will only receive $100. Such limitation on your winnings shall not apply to verified Jackpot winnings derived from Restricted Funds.
42. For the avoidance of doubt, if you place a wager on any casino games using Free Spins or FreePlay, you will not be eligible to win the jackpot prize.
43. All Bonuses and promotional offers, and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the aforesaid, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full.
