Live Casino Pit Boss Terms

To manage and supervise the table games and related activities at the Live Casino, we appoint on our behalf a pit manager (the 'Pit Boss'). The following are the terms and conditions for the real-time promotions, bonuses and special offers that the Pit Boss may offer players while participating in the Live Casino activities. These terms and conditions are subject to the User Agreement. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these Pit Boss T&Cs, and the User Agreement, these Pit Boss T&C's shall take precedence. These Pit Boss T&C's are written in the English language, and if translated into another language, the English version will prevail.

PIT BOSS BONUSES

1. The Pit Boss may, from time to time, offer Players a bonus for participating in the Live Casino activities ('Live Casino Bonus').
2. Players will become eligible to receive Live Casino Bonus only if they have been notified in real time by the Pit Boss through the Live Casino platform of being awarded with the same.
3. The Live Casino Bonus awarded by the Pit Boss as aforementioned will be credited into eligible players' account within approximately two (2) hours from the moment that the players have been notified of the same by the Pit Boss as aforementioned.
4. Live Casino Bonus (and any associated winnings) expires within 90 days of granting.
5. Live Casino Bonus must be wagered 30 times within 90 days from granting before a withdrawal may be made. This means that you must complete the applicable wagering requirements within 90 days of being granted the Live Casino Bonus, otherwise you will forfeit the Live Casino Bonus and any winnings associated with such Live Casino Bonus. 6. For immediate bonuses only, until you fulfil the wagering requirements, if the bonus (plus any applicable related winnings) in your account is the same as or more than the original bonus amount, you can withdraw your deposit but the bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be cancelled.
7. Except for jackpot wins, wins generated through Live Casino Bonus are capped at $500.
8. Live Casino Bonuses are not applicable for Sport or Poker bets.

CASHBACK TIME

1. The Pit Boss may offer eligible player's a return of part of their net losses incurred during predefined period ('Cashback Time') as cash back (credited as real money), as more fully detailed below (collectively 'Cashback Offer').
2. Cashback Time will be declared in real time by the Pit Boss through the Live Casino platform and will start when a sign stating Cashback Time and a timer clock are placed at the relevant table.
3. Cashback Time will end when the aforementioned sign is removed and the timer clock reaches 00:00.
4. If the timer clock reaches 00:00 during a round then Cashback Time will continue until said round is over.
5. For clarity, Cashback Offer refers to player's net losses (net losses = bets – wins) during Cashback Time on relevant tables only (i.e., tables where the Pit Boss placed the applicable sign and the timer clock as explained above).
6. Maximum cash granted each Cashback Time is capped at $500.
7. The amount of cash back awarded pursuant to Cashback Offer will be credited to eligible players' account within approximately two (2) hours from the end of Cashback Time.
8. The amount of cash back awarded pursuant to Cashback Offer will be credited as real money and does not have to be wagered for a withdrawal to be made.

DOUBLE WIN - SIDE BETS

1. The Pit Boss may offer eligible player's to double their winnings on side bets (i.e., when wager is made over and above the main bet) generated during predefined period ('Double Win - Side Bets Time'), as more fully detailed below (collectively 'Double Win - Side Bets Offer').
2. Double Win - Side Bets Time will be declared in real time by the Pit Boss through the Live Casino platform and will start when a sign stating Double Win - Side Bets Time and a timer clock are placed at the relevant table.
3. Double Win - Side Bets Time will end when the aforementioned sign is removed and the timer clock reaches 00:00.
4. If the timer clock reaches 00:00 during a round then Double Win - Side Bets Time will continue until said round is over.
5. Double Win - Side Bets Offer refers to any side bet wins including ‘Perfect Pairs’ and ‘21+3’.
6. All winnings generated through the Double Win - Side Bets Offer are awarded as a bonus (which bonus equals the amount won on any side bet win, per round) (collectively 'Double Win Bonus').
7. Maximum Double Win Bonus awarded per round during the period of Double Win - Side Bets Time is capped at $200.
8. Double Win Bonuses will be credited to eligible players' account within approximately two (2) hours from the end of the Double Win- Side Bets Time.
9. Double Win Bonus (and any associated winnings) expires within 90 days of granting.
10. Double Win Bonus must be wagered 30 times within 90 days from granting before a withdrawal may be made. GENERAL

1. Withdrawing funds: your deposit balance (defined as Transaction Balance under our Withdrawal Policy) is available for withdrawal at any time. General withdrawal terms apply, for further info see our Withdrawal Policy.
2. All bonuses and promotional offers, and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the aforesaid, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions are not met in full.
3. If you have a pending message on the 888casino site's cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in the promotions, bonuses or special offers contemplated hereunder. In such an event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive hereunder shall be forfeited by you.
4. In exceptional cases, the Pit Boss may modify, amend, end the promotions, bonuses or special offers contemplated hereunder before the end of the advertised period or may prolong the period of a promotion, bonus or special offer, including without limitation, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the grant of relevant offering is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances.
