Things You Should Know:

1. Only eligible customers will receive on Mondays an invitation through email or On-site Message Gateway - pop-ups or notifications that appear during their session - with the promotion details (the "Invitation").
2. Upon receiving the Invitation, the customer is automatically eligible to participate in the promotion, provided the promotional requirements and minimum bet is placed in accordance with the promotion's restrictions.
3. Upon the customer's full compliance with all promotional requirements as outlined in this Terms and Conditions, and within the stipulated period, the customer will receive a confirmation email detailing their eligibility for the cashback reward. The customer must then press the "Claim" button in the confirmation email to receive the cashback reward.
4. The promotion is divided into weekly periods. This promotion is available once per customer and per week.
5. The promotion runs from 03.03.2025 until 09.03.2025 (the promotion period).
6. Throughout the promotional week, customers' net totals from eligible games, defined as the total net expenditure minus total losses, will be calculated. In the event a customer’s net total results in a negative balance (net winnings minus losses), the customer will be eligible to receive a cash reward.
7. Cashback reward that are part of this promotion are the following:

8. The cashback reward type will be randomly assigned to the customer. The customer will not have the option to choose which cashback reward receives.
9. The maximum cashback the customer can receive during a weekly qualifying period is £100.

11. How the promotion works

22. The cashback will be a percentage of the customer’s net expenditure on Selected Table Games. Net expenditure is calculated based on the customer’s winnings minus any winnings.
23. The following Monday, after weekly qualifying period ending, if the customer is participating in the promotion, they will receive an email or OMG message where the customer shall claim their cashback reward ("Claim" option).
24. Your cashback will be added to your main balance on your account by 23:59:59 on Monday after the weekly qualifying period ending, or as soon as possible after that if there are technical or processing difficulties. You must then press "claim" to claim the cashback.

26. This promotion is available to selected registered customers only. If you become excluded from participating in promotions after opting into this promotion but before claiming your cash back, you will not be eligible to claim your cashback.

General Terms and Conditions

27. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to breach these terms and conditions. We define these types of play as the following:
    • using "minimal risk wagering patterns" (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);
    • sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
    • colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;

    • purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
28. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
    • void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
    • withhold or remove any winnings relating to any bonus.
29. We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you have breached these terms and conditions; or (b) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more bets in respect of the Promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:
    • receive the full expected value of the Bonus from the Promotion, where you have fulfilled all eligibility requirements; or
    • place the remaining bets and consequently receive the full expected value from the Promotion to which you would be entitled as a result.
30. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
31. You may not participate in the Promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any cashback) if you have previously been informed by 888casino and 777casino that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on either of the Sites or the 888 iOS or Android Mobile apps.
32. We can change or cancel this Promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
    • without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
    • by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, or we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions).
33. We may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.

We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the Promotion.
